The is no price difference between SFW and NSFW commissions and I will draw most kinks at no extra cost, however, more niche or complex kinks may include an additional fee. Ask me about them!

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning or using any of my art you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. General information

  • I reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

  • I retain the right to decline any commission without explanation.

  • I do not work with deadlines unless agreed upon in advance.

  • The commissions are usually drawn in the payment order, but sometimes I may change the order queue at my discretion.

  • Clients must be 18+ if ordering NSFW content.

II. Payment & Refusal

  • All prices are listed in USD and must be paid via PayPal or Cashapp.

  • Full payment is required after the sketch is approved, before rendering begins.

  • I DO NOT offer payment plans.

  • No refunds will be given once payment is made, unless I personally cancel the commission.

III. Process & Customer Satisfaction

  • A rough sketch be provided for approval with major changes allowed; once approved and paid, I will proceed to full rendering.

  • Minor changes are allowed until the lineart stage is completed. When lineart is ready, no edits are accepted.

  • No edits about shading, lighting, or tints are accepted.

  • Your character's color may change due to the atmosphere and lighting, please keep that in mind.

  • You will receive progress updates upon request or if I need clarification via links in DMS or through Discord.

  • Estimated turnaround time varies depending on queue, complexity, and communication, usually from 1 to 3 weeks.

  • I do not work with strict deadlines unless previously discussed and agreed on.

IV. Copyright & Usage Policy

  • Do not upload WIP’s to public access unless stated otherwise.

  • Sketches not chosen or approved do not belong to the client and may be used or repurposed by me.

  • You may not remove or place your own watermark on the commissioned piece.

  • All commissions are not for commercial use unless we have agreed otherwise.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced illustration. Therefore I retain the full rights to use the artwork in portfolios, artbooks, as prints, to promote myself, post it anywhere and as part of paid content.The commissioner is allowed to:
◈ Use the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
◈ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the illustration itself.
◈ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
◈ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
◈ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
◈ Removing any watermarks/signatures.
◈ Any and all altering done to the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
